These are stormy times in our world – it can be challenging to find ways to find balance and calm – to allow our busy minds to rest and our nervous systems to settle to give us the resilience to deal with these challenges.
A regular meditation practice helps to ground, connect and shift out of the seemingly endless drive to do something which can be the auto-response in stressful times, and to instead allow some time to rest in just being.
Whether you are a beginner or a regular meditator, guided meditation provides a structure for you to have a regular practice together with guidance on how to connect inward and cultivate the conditions to allow you to drop into awareness more easily. And there is something exquisitely touching about sitting together, in particular as so many of us are not able to be together in person at the moment.
